   166 - Wavetek Function Generators
The Wavetek 166 is a Pulse/Function Generator that combines the features of a function generator, a sweep generator and a pulse generator in one package covering the range from 0.0001Hz to 50MHz. Output is variable to 15 V p-p into 50-ohms. It has Log/Linear sweep plus AM and FM. Pulse width and transition time can be controlled. The Wavetek 166 also has an independent pulse width and rate control. Waveforms are sine, triangle, square and ramp. Variable amplitude positive or complementary pulses and TTL pulses simultaneous with main pulse.
